All of these could be found using Google searches, and if you look in Wikipedia, you will find information on just about any project document you can think of, with the information required to complete it.
If you want examples of completed documents from real projects, then you are probably out of luck as the majority of these will be commercially classified. Take a look at the templates, they’re not complicated and you’ll be able to see what information is required.

Although the focus is more on PMP exam here, you can still pick up some good points on the benefits, and usage of the project charter.
