The design and approvement cascade should be set up for each work package and linked to start of the package work. The cascade should be as you suggest Design Approval + Order + Work Design + Procurement + Delivery + Port Clearance + Stock on Site. This simple cascade should be set ALAP when linked to the work package Start Work Milestone. Submission duration 2. Review/Approval duration as per the contract(may be approved or to resubmit or approved as noted) 3.Follow up and final approval (consider 2-3 revision durations) Procument may start after no.2 (may be it is approved as noted) but the manufacturing you cant finish without the final approval. For construction related design, you should get the final approval no.3 prior to any works (otherwise you can start in your own risk) Regards Kannan Log in or register to post comments
