Thanks Mike with Your Reply!!!!!

I understood what you are saying, but the process is time taking process which will be done for ongoing projects.

Now i require for just to know the tentative cashflows for the tendering purpose. So can you help me in this regard?

Thanks,

Hi Ashik

A cash flow compares income with expenditure and is best set up on a spreadsheet.

If you want to use the programme however then you have to load the two costs onto each task and then set up a series of progess reports for the required Data dates and assume that you have 100% progress for each task.

Modilisation would be one cost Milestone in the programme.

The two cumulative sums can then be shown on an S Curve.

This would be the basis of future EVA and progress S-Curves.

Resource hours however is a better measure of progress than costs.

Best regards
