It doesnt matter waht software you use the principle is the same.
1. Create a list of delay events.
2. Establish the programme tasks that are affected.
3. Work out the actual impact date of the event.
4. Create a task that represents each event and link up using FS link.
5. Reschedule and note the delay effect - if any.
6. Go on to the next event.
Impacted Delay Analysis only works if the work is ongoing.
Therefore use the original contract programme before any progress.
The system is as good as your programme - constraints - SS FF Links - lead lags - will distort the results.
