This topic is part of module 9 in the Advanced Planning set in Planning Acaemy tuition modules.
The following sections are the basic formulas for a 4 story concrete frame with brick cladding.
DO NOT USE these examples for your project - do your own research into the variables.
The calculations need a programme resource on your barchart called hooks which is applied to all tasks that need crane use - don't forget the formwork tables which all need hook time.

Hi Derrick
This is my own formula which is used in conjunction with Asta PowerProject.
Once you have researched the variables for the specified crane then the result is used as a resource added to tasks requiring crane use.
The Histogram will need to be levelled when the total hooks per day is known.

This requires 1 luffing jib crane use a factor for more than one crane to adjust the hooks per hour ratio per day.
