Thank you very much for the information and advise.

My company is already having the oracle and sql servers so there wont be any problem i believe.



Just i need to purchase P6. Isn’t it ? Anyway thank you very much.

Hi Suresh

For a server installation you’ll need an MS-SQL-license as well. For stand-alone, the license is included.

In P6 there are some Web-features. If you intend to use them you’ll better let the installation be done by the PAR.

Yes.

Install procesure is same. The diffrence is Liscense.txt

After installation you should check the port of your Personal Computer. Open the port 1433 of MS-SQL 2005 Configuration manager & MS WINDOWS XP HOME/Professional.

On Server PC you should add user(login name) for client user (Primavera Admin-User MENU)

And make a database connection!
