After installation you should check the port of your Personal Computer. Open the port 1433 of MS-SQL 2005 Configuration manager & MS WINDOWS XP HOME/Professional.
On Server PC you should add user(login name) for client user (Primavera Admin-User MENU)

Hi Suresh
For a server installation youll need an MS-SQL-license as well. For stand-alone, the license is included.
In P6 there are some Web-features. If you intend to use them youll better let the installation be done by the PAR.
