A constraint date is not always by default set to the start time of a day. First - version 2.1 I tried to recognize that algorithm. Later I gave up.
To be sure youll better switch to "Show Time" and "Show Minutes" to adjust the constraints. Meanwhile I got accustomed to it and switch to show time e.g. to plan a turnaround or another project with a narrow time frame.
