2- MSc Construction Management City University London
my answer:
no.2 because (i)there re more fish n chip shops in london than the rest of UK, (ii) therere more kebab shops in london than in the whole egypt (iii) you will realise that it is safe to sit at top upperdecker bus even theres no driver up there (iv) you will keep on hearing "Mind the Gap" even after you leave UK

I dont know whether this is going to be in time to be any use to you, but the best idea is probably to look at the detailed syllabus for each course and choose the one you think will be most useful. Having said that, youll probably find that both courses have their strengths and weaknesses, so go for the one you think youll enjoy most.

I dont think that there is a difference between Planning Engineer & Planner. But ofcourse there is a difference between a scheduler & planner.
Regarding the two options you mentioned above for education, I already contacted reading university for the same course for me & I found it great but I dont have information about the city university.

You forgot to mention that:
You have more chance of being mugged for your 5 quid replica rolex than anywhere else.
The cost of any reasonable accomodation is beyond anyones wildest dreams.
The alternative of living in the outer regions means commuting in - roll up for a sniff of the worlds armpit.
