September, 2021 -Prepare Project Planning Package Comprising of Master Schedule, Progress S-Curves, Resource Histograms, Cashflow Histograms and Procurement Plan.-Verify Work Packages, Work Break Down Structures (WBS), Activities and Codes as per project phase.-Control and monitoring look ahead Work Schedules.-Update Project Schedules on daily / weekly basis. -Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the seniors and client.-Perform daily inspection & test material to achieve quality of construction required in the drawing & specification for all work under the contract documents.-Perform daily inspection & test material to achieve quality of construction required in the drawing & specification for all work under the contract documents.-Liaise and coordination with client & contractor regarding progress and approval of materials.-Coordination with suppliers related procurement and for quotations.
