where is the switch to make % Complete change Remaining Durations? and vice versa

Hello All,

where is the switch to make % Complete change Remaining Durations?

 

My Tasks are set as shown below, but the % Complete field seems to be manually entered, how do I get the % Complete to be auto calculated based on Remaining Duration or vice versa?
