-Developed, review and modify the Project Master Schedule and coordinate any changes within the scope of works.
-Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the Project plan
-Monitor day to day work progress, update the program and produce weekly and monthly reports towards the employer as per the contract.
-Prepare look ahead plan for the execution team
-Monitored and administered the achieved progress and project status by comparing project execution with the Project’s Master schedule by setting up and using the progress reporting tools
-Other project controls functions as required
