Establish and run the Project management Office with the objective of ensuring the projects are delivered using a “best practice” project delivery approach and are delivered within agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Overseeing the portfolio of technical directorate projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status; managing projects/programmes directly; and the development, introduction and on going iteration of organisation’s project delivery approach. Leading Project Control Department, Document Control & Project Administration Department and Quality Assurance Department. Developing and standardizing standard, work instruction and document controlling. Leading, collecting, controlling and managing all report under Technical Directorate. Establishing good practice on schedule and cost controlling by utilizing Primavera, Ms Project, SAP, Agile & Lean Construction Methodology, and PMBOK Methodology. Strengthening SOP quality assurance, Project’s self audit, Regular audit and developing strategic partnership with selected contractor to bring theproject management level of contractor meet company expectation by setting personnel competency requirement, conducting training and workshop on company’s project management expectation. Also leading some Technical Directorate’s key initiative such as project management digitalization etc.
