Elaborate the project master schedule.
Lead development and implementation of Project Management controls, through tools, guides, processes in order to manage projects in company effectively.
Review projects progress on a regular basis against budget and schedule.
Liaise with the Stakeholder (Risk) teams to ensure that a consistent approach to risk is taken.
Maintain oversight of the projects master schedule through KPIs
Assess in the selection/evaluation of construction contractors through the project’s life.
Lead development of forensic analysis in completed scope of works by contractor.
