Tender comparisons, evaluations, tender clarification interviews, placing of orders and order amendments.
Assess monthly payment applications, issue payment notices, payment certificates ensuring that subcontractor payments are dealt fairly and in accordance with the contract;
Visit regularly to operational site to review the performance of the project, work packages.
Issue and agree early warnings and client’s instruction in terms of scope, cost and programme and evaluate its impact on project.
Agree variation, claims, extension of time; plan and negotiate accounts.
Prepare liability schedules, subcontract analysis, cost value reconciliations, cash flow and cost to complete reports, carry out commercial reviews, risk reviews, opportunity reviews.
Identify and raise early warnings to client and ensure all contractual entitlement with adherence to contractual timescales.
Coordinate tender meeting, risk review and risk reduction meetings, commercial and progress review meetings with suppliers, designers, production managers; agree on actions to be taken, prepare and issue minutes of meeting.
Manage subcontractor bonds, insurances, claims in compliance with contractual timeframe & subcontractor performance in compliance with all contractual requirements.
