· Responsible for improving Project Controls as part of major Framework with Southern Water
· Found where the function was failing to deliver achievable programmes, and put in place improvements
· Restructured the PCM team and tactically recruited to bolster the function
· Designed and developed a strategy to improve reporting and controls
· Developed a high plan for the clustering of circa 68 site-based projects that will take place in the next AMP investment period.
· Negotiated and advised the Client on steps they will need to take for the next AMP period.
· Driving improvements within the Risk and Document control areas of the business
