- Virgin Car Parks – Managing team of Residents Engineers attached to NWR undertaking the construction of 12No Multi-story Car parks.
- Didcot Signalling Centre – Managing a team of Resident Engineers and Clerk of Works engaged in the new build of the Didcot Signalling Centre
