· Participate in the design of Performance Management framework
· Participate in the development of performance dashboards and monitor business performance
· Continuous monitoring of the short, medium and long term implementation plans
· Carry out the monitoring of budget implementation
· Provide timely and quality reports on the activities of the Unit to the Supervisor, Planning and Budgeting
· Participate in the review of annual Directorate Business Strategies & Plans and budgeting process.
· Provide regular, formal and informal, feedback on identified performance gaps of direct reports and proffer appropriate solutions.
· Participate in the review of annual budget preparation
· Participate in the monitoring of capital projects to ensure consistency with and approved budget and the strategic direction
- Assist in the formulation and the implementation of the business strategies
