June, 2019 - Overseeing actual Progress versus the planned work milestones by frequent site inspection.
- Detemine all significant impact on the project schedule and inform the project manager accordingly.
- Resposible to address the contractor of the need to adhere to the required sequences and duration of schedule activities.
- recommends priorities for allocation in the event of cofliction demands and co-ordinates the transfer of resources as necessary.
- Advice project manager of the necessary programs to contractors at site and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements.
- Monitors all change orders to the contract to make certain that all dditions and deletions are incorporated in revision of the contruction method statement and overall program.
- Motitors actual production rates and compare with the plan .
- Evaluate claims for time exension and make recommendation .
- Review, administer and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and the consolidation of the result in the reports.
- Producting writtien reports and power point presentation.
- Provide recommendation on corrective actions when performance or result deviate from the base plan.
- Establish / develop a standard progress reporting format as required on the project.
