- Construction; monitoring and updating the master project schedule in GANTT and rail ways forms by Tilos;
- schedules of the various civil engineering constructions: the large depot, the road bridges, the railway bridges; the road hoppers, the deviations of the various networks
- schedules of contractual amendments
- Prepare the System solution schedules : track; OSC; POS ; control systems and railway signaling: SCADA, public address and passenger information;
- Prepare the training and maintenance schedule;
- Prepare the testing and commissioning schedule;
- Prepare an assessment for the sub- contractor's Claims by using “Time Impact Analysis”
- Prepare the Project KPIs
