April, 2017 Project: Construction of 4nos cone roof tank and 4nos dome roof tank as per API 650 insideQatargas Plant (Brown Field) for WRR ( Waste Water Recycle and Reduction Project) at RLIC ( Ras Laffan Industrial City), Qatar.Major Responsibilities:To provide a safe working environment with Zero Accident.Implementing safety at all hazards workplace like confined space, excavations, scaffolds, work at height, rigging and handling of compressed gas cylinders etc.Conducting toolbox talks and safety induction to workers, safety meetings to employees.Coordinating and participating in emergency drills. o Preparing risk assessments of all works.Assist in preparation and modification of JSA.Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to HSE Manager/Site Manager.Conduct safety inspection on the work site, equipment, hand and power tools, lifting gears, fire extinguisher and follow up for improvementsMaintain relevant HSE logs and documentationSafety coverage for the critical job like heavy lifting operation and hazardous environment.
