Got the opportunity to manage two projects in the absence of my senior personnel.
1. Learnt the management skills by managing two small projects with 75 persons
2. Learnt to Handle conflict and Risk management.
3. Quality and time management by handling the project as per the quality and within the estimated time
4. Supervised site labors and Sub contractors works.
5. Construction of Oil & Gas wells, built access roads for Rigs.
6. Improve and modify the existing rigs.
7. Advanced analysis for major modifications and life extension of existing structures and
process plant
