Roles & Responsibilities
· Developing and Maintaining Detailed Project Schedules
· Monitoring cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review
· Ensuring active engagement of team members by the delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long-term and on a day-to-day basis
- ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Developing and monitoring project cost forecasts
· Checking & Verifying the Sub-Contractor Invoice
· Initiating & Submission of Claiming Invoice to the client as per Milestone basis
· Ensuring adherence to quality standards such a Total Quality Management by ensuring employees follow quality standards and by using quality control checklists
- application of various project progress methods [1] to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines or deliverables
· Monthly look ahead & Weekly look ahead plan preparation with resources required
· Organize meeting regarding Project status with client weekly and monthly and preparation of MOM
· Preparation of Weekly progress and monthly progress reports for Client
· Co-ordination with Manpower supplier & Arranging the required manpower for the site
· Project monitoring and tracking and actual updating with PRIMAVERA
· Updating & Tracking the Material approval status and Shop drawing status in the Project
· Represented the Project Team to ensure the timely completion of the construction project.
