- To discuss and fulfill client’s requirement and make revisions in the SHOP DRAWINGS in co-ordination with the architect if required.
- To negotiate and finalize vendors depending upon project requirement & cost Optimization along with drafting the contract documents.
- To Get all authority approvals required and commence project based on the timeline prepared.
- To monitor the project during execution phase,submit monthly reports and hand over the project within the contract period.
