- Responsible for all requirement related to technical
- Monitoring progress by Preparing and updating overall project schedule
- Prepare Manpower histogram, Project S-Curve. Prepare tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step.
- Prepare all the reference baseline documents, and ensure that the project planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work
- Ensure the implementation of the Planning and Progress Control System required by the contract, riskiness and duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards and Contract specification
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Planning and Progress Control System, monitoring the progress measurement system and ensuring the proper information flow, progress status and completion forecast are assessed and reported for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning phases.
- Update all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates and monitoring any progress and productivity deviation compared with the baseline schedule, including the corrective actions taken by the PM
- Support the Project Manager in the preparation of the Project close-out Report and the schedule and productivity feed-back data to Project manager and Commercial Department
- Involving preparation of procedure, document of meeting, fabrication work sequences, and identification/evaluation of project issues and problems.
- Monitoring the fabrication activities at the site and make sure the works to be carried out in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, company specification, codes, standards and requirements.
- Monitoring the scope of work, contract terms, change order issue the bill of quantity and involving control the budget for project execution.
- Preparing/checking the MTO and issue/review the Purchase request, purchase order and involve to evaluate the quotation and choosing suppliers
- Responsible for coordination and support with Design, Material Control, Procurement, QA/QC and suppliers.
- Responsible for coordination with vendor to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project requirements and contractual obligations
- Reviewing for all relevant shop drawings, cutting plans, NDT map/ NDT requirement.
- Preparing for document/activities relevant to packing and load out
