v Prepare, maintain and control project schedule in level 4 thru interactive planning.
v Draw narratives of covering basis of schedule and methodologies.
v Identify, prepare and issue early project stage deliverables.
v Download and analyze activity level progress reports from FMS.
v Develop and implement plan versus actual histograms & S-curves.
v Communicate the mini-schedules with subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.
v Evaluate and prepare report on subcontractor periodic reports and other deliverables.
v Do analysis reports such as EVA and simulations of schedule.
v Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
v Prepare and update look-ahead schedules that reflect the priority activities.
v Participate in schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, and constructability review meetings.
