January, 2017 - Prepare project schedule based on scope using Primavera P6.
- Prepare 3 Weekly & 3 Monthly Look ahead plans.
- Prepare resource projections (manpower & Equipment) as per requirement.
- Assign resources based on project schedule.
- Prepare Daily plans and daily progress reports based on project schedule.
- Prepare work progress reports on Daily basis, Weekly basis & Monthly basis. Issue progress reports to client on weekly and monthly basis including S-curves, document and drawing control registers, material tracking report etc.
- Vendor’s and sub-contractor’s progress monitoring.
- Prepare Recovery Plan if any delay in the Project.
