Major Projects PMO manager. Responsible for the development and implementation of PMO processes to support National Grids UK portfolio of major projects. Supporting the Senior Project Manager (SPM is the internal customer) to deliver a programme of works. Providing assurance back to the business that the programme isn't being delivered.
