Project: Kingdom tower 250 floors 1008 m hight

Project Brief Description: Kingdom tower is the highest Skyscraper building in the wolrd.

Project Client and Basis:

*Contract is on US$ 1.3 Billion cost value .

Responsibilities:

1. Direct skyscraper from 10% progress
2. Mixed use project contain Offices, Hotel, residential, highest sky deck restrauants , and void steel structure 
3. Inhance process to proceed with financial problems
4. Ensure of excuation plan as per agreed budget and reuired quality and related required resourses as manpower / finance
5. Review construction methodology with safety requirment  
6. To develop existing project process, whilst working closely with a project director.
7. Share the responsibility for the delivery and management of Kingdom Tower project assuming responsibility of day-to-day work and ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget.
8. Restructure the staff
9. Review construction plan/ method to reduce cost and time by reviewing

                                                             ii.      hoist to check vertical analysis ( VT ) to increase labor performance
