February, 2014 Iwas brought in to establish a means of better managing resources and tracking cost in the engineering environment. This enabled CRA to optimize their resources and accurately view their resource availability and allocation for future work.
- Developed the company’s first P6 scheduling program

- MS Project to Primavera P6 migration of all active projects.
- Building, updating, and monitoring resource and cost loaded schedules for multiple clients.
