Responsible for managing Project Controls Department. Project Control Lead for SAPREF (South African Refinery Joint Venture between Shell & BP. Fluor Contract with SAPREF is to provide Long Term Technical Services Agreement. Scope of work and Services is to provide Engineering Consultancy for all phase of FEL (BOD,BDP, BDEP, EPCm) services. Manage CAPEX/REVEX budget, from Conceptual Phase up to Construction Management from Pre-Shutdown and Shutdown execution. Manage Project Controls team in on site and interface with SAPREF counterpart on a daily basis. Provide comprehensive Cost Engineering & Project Controls Services to clients and stakeholders with emphasis on beneficial impact to projects Cost, Time, Scope & Quality.
