I was responsible for:Preparation of Planning Documents, Preparation of KPI reports, Monitoring the schedule for progress, measurements, corrective actions, Planning and Scheduling of Project, Keep track of the project and follow up action on all activities to ensure that the performance is as per schedule. Give feedback information to Project Manager/Planning Manager on all activities including utilization of Manpower, Materials, and Equipment. Responsible for coordination with Construction Department, Quality Dept., Stores and Purchase on materials arrived at Site or material requirements at site. Responsible for Project Reporting such as Daily reports, Weekly reports Monthly reports or any other Report for Management/ Company/ Consultant. Attend weekly review meeting with the Company/ Consultant and prepare minutes of meeting. Status reports on procurement Status registers and manufacturing & delivery status registers. Accomplish project Progress S-curve analysis from individual phase to overall project. Monitoring Actual Vs Planned construction progress and making forecast plans.
