- Upgrade of Pyro process areas of line no.3, with cost exceeds 600 million EGP saving 8 % from the planned cost (for example one job for Mill internal lining saved 900,000 EGP has been done with total cost 300,000 EGP).
- Commissioning of Line no.3 and line no.4.
- Coaching each area technicians as after 3 years the average total appraisal became 80 % from 55 % of technical view side.
