Hello Everyone,
Just a doubt regarding resource allocation. If we have a Resource which is common throughout the project or throughout a WBS say like,
| Resource | WBS |
| Project Manager | Throught the Project |
| Construction Manager | Construction |
| Planning Engineer | Throught the Project |
| Procurement Manager | Procurement |
| Contracts Manager | Throught the Project |
| Expeditor | Procurement |
| Engineering Manager | Engineering |
Is there a way to distribute this Resource Individually for the Project or WBS and it would automatically distribute the resource to all the activity under that Project or WBS.
Otherwise if this Common Reource are allocated individually to each activity , it would take much of time and after allocation to Activities, in Resourse Usage Spreadsheet it will shows as 2 Nos like this,
Resouce - Project Manager
| Activity 1 | 0.33 | 0.33 | ||||
| Activity 2 | 0.33 | 0.33 | 0.33 | |||
| Activity 3 | 0.33 | 0.33 | 0.33 | 0.33 | ||

| Total | 1.00 | 1.33 | 1.33 | 1.00 | 1.00 | 0.33 |
And we know that Project Manager for a Project Would be jsut 1.
