November, 2016 Graduate Engineer at OPWP. I entered Graduate Developement Programme(GDP) since Nov 2016 which is designed to build the knowledge of the graduates and make them familiar with the work invironment and the whole Power and Water sector in Oman. after 8 month of rotation in the different deperatements in the company I was assigned to be part of the Project Developement deparetment (PD).
any power or water projects are developed by PD team starting by defining the project and the site to be build in passing through the tendering process and finally by awarding the project to international or local developer.
