September, 2009 - Lead the planning team and anticipate requirements from various departments and prepare the team for objective delivery on time.
- Preparation of Tender schedules, assist the tender team.
- Preparation of Baseline from tender schedule and developing the same for next levels (WBS, Resourcing, cost loading).
- Preparation of registers, fully capable of progress calculation; to monitor Engineering (design) documents, procurement activities, or any other deliverables as required.
- Preparation of the planning & scheduling formats with respect to scope of work of the project and contract guidelines.
- Updating & revising Baseline schedules in case of scope change or variation orders issued by client, complete resource loading, Physical progress measurement system implementing and re-submission to PMC for approval.
- Replying to PMC comments and getting the Baseline approved.
- Preparing weekly & monthly updates of approved baseline schedules to reflect realistic forecasts and trigger proper alarm on key date slippages.
- Preparing TILOS program layouts from Baseline P6 program, update the same as required.
- Assist a team of Lawyers and claim department for various claims related program preparations.
- Providing support to BIM team and coordinating for Time-lapse (4D) preparation and other information extraction for loading into the BIM model.
- Provide support to cost department for Cash flow using Schedule of payment milestones forecasting.
- Provide support to Risk manager to efficiently asses the risks (SRA) associated with the program.
- Providing Quantity, Manpower & Equipment plan spreads for reporting.
- Coordinating & attending the program workshops for both PMC and sub-Contractors.
- Review, Monitor and manage interface of Sub-contractor’s program for suitability against main program and approve or comment.
