January, 2016 Responsible for the detailed scheduling of activities for the Tangara Technology Upgrade for Sydney Trains.
Specific Responsibilities
¨ Prepare baseline schedule for submission to Transport for New South Wales for approval.
¨ Develop and amend Engineering Schedule to reflect engineering deliverables.
¨ Produce 1 & 2 week look-a-heads for CAMs and various reports.
¨ Fully resource engineering phase of Schedule.
¨ Prepare build schedule for production & fully resource all activities.
