Principal duties:
• Supported the Project Management Team during the early phase of the project in developing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS), responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), Cost Control Account Plans and Master Schedule. As a result it will establish the project’s performance baseline.
• Worked closely with the contract manager to define and schedule key contractual milestones that need to be included into contract document.
• Verified the ability to execute the contractual scope of work by analyzing resources, human and quantity, requirements and ensures equipment, materials, engineering, and R & D services whether it is capable of meeting the contractual schedule.
• Provided cost and schedule analyses in support of contract negotiations.
• Responsible for directing and/or developing, and maintaining the program management performance cost and schedule baseline consistent with the work breakdown structure.
• Worked closely with the entire Project Management Team to identify and resolve schedule trends. Inputs to, and maintains the Critical Items Register and the Project/Program Binder.
• Prepared Daily Status Report; utilized Excel for spreadsheet to format report for client and senior-level personnel
• Monitored and controlled document control process/flow.
• Planned resources for budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinated inventory and warehouse activities (in and out equipment, repair and return)
