April, 2006 - Assigned as Planning Engineer / Project Coordinator in MODA-MSD-OMD Head Office, Projects Section in Riyadh, K.S.A. in-charge for the planning, design and construction of projects for Southern and Eastern Region which are mostly hospitals and healthcare facilities from 01 September 2003 to 23 April 2006.
- Responsible for developing integrated plans and schedules necessary to effectively plan, coordinate, control, and conduct construction activities.
- Followed-up work progress at site and ensures that it is carried out in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner to the highest possible standards.
- Interfaced with and coordinated activities with various organizational elements within MODA-MSD, associate contractors, and clients.
- Coordinated, prepared, and presented schedules to MODA-MSD team, support personnel, and client as part of daily schedule coordination reviews as well as operational planning and readiness reviews.
- Evaluated contractor’s programme of works and reports recommendations to the Project Officer and the Project Director.
- Established and develops project reports, bar chart, histogram, Gantt chart, S-curves, man-hours statistics, drawing control and other engineering reports.
- Reviewed, monitored and coordinated contractor’s field activities.
- Recommended resolution to issues arising from any field activities that vary from the contract.
