January, 2013 - Assigned as Planning Engineer for the design and construction of Qatar Foundation Stadium from 01 January 2013 to 31 May 2016 and South East Car Park inEducation City - Qatar Foundationin Doha, Qatar from 01 June 2016 to Present.
- Assists planning manager in the preparation of the initial scope review and the phasing of the initial budget in alignment with the project execution plan.
- Assists planning manager to review the contractor’s execution plan and planning package that will be used for monitoring progress, supporting claims and validation of claimed progress of works.
- Assists planning manager to monitor contractor’s performance and advises project manager of any schedule or interface issues that will affect the schedules completion of the project.
- Assists planning manager to audit and validate value of work done (VOWD) claimed by the consultant/contractor and endorsing progress invoices for payment.
- Assists planning manager to analyse valid consultant/contractor’s schedule delay claims to establish the contractually justified extension of time.
- Assists planning manager to evaluate as part of change management process the schedule impact contained in the work change request (WCR) and make a recommendation on acceptable time extension for client approval.
- Assists planning manager to analyse any scheduling interfaces with other projects to ensure minimization of clashes and potential delays.
- Assists planning manager in preparation of the technical evaluation of contractor/consultants execution program, resource levels, planning/ reporting procedures and progress measurement methodology submitted in Contractors bid documents.
