Monitoring and Controlling the Scheduled Activities to Ensure that the Project goes according to Plan and Actions are Implemented to Re-direct the Project when Evidence(s) Proves that the Project is not going according to Plan.
Documenting and Archiving Lessons learnt so that the Information is available for future Reference for other Projects.
