Jonathan’s role was to manage the principal contractor’s performance through administration of JCT form of contract. Duties included processing variations and issuing subsequent instructions, reporting to client on budget and progress. Managing day to day interface between main contractor and Coops facilities team, wider project stakeholders and the end user.
