Job Description:
Ø Producing and updating integrated CPM Programme for approval by Engineers representative, including construction activities, material procurement and Design activities.
Ø Producing 6 weeks forward look ahead Programme on a monthly basis and making necessary revisions to overcome delays without affecting overall completion date.
Ø Producing short/long term basis bar chart,S-Curve showing daily progress during the past week and the forecast for next weeks. For submittal in the Weekly & Monthly Progress Report. As required by Project Manager and Construction Manager.
Ø Inputting information of manpower and installation in preparation for Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report.
Ø Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly report (Planning Package)
Ø Preparation and submittals for Weekly PMS Progress to KEO (Consultant-Project Manager) and Activities Complete & Per Level Progress submittals to DAPO (Consultant-Project Planning & QS Mgr)
Ø Highlighting areas which are seriously affecting progress and where activities can be started earlier than scheduled and formulates loss recovery plan.
Ø Producing programme updates for extention of time request (EOT), change request (CR) and variation
Ø Assisting Project Manager for updating Window Analysis for Extention of Time submittals.
