I'm is a construction project management professional, speaker, & internal trainer for ALN Engineering, Singapore. I've an industry experience of more than 10 years.
I'd had been working for a leading construction company in Singapore and Indian subcontinent in important positions. Project Planning, Strategic Planning and Controls are his core expertise areas. He also has a considerable experience of Contract Formation, Administration, Claim, Cost Management, Risk Management and Safe Work Procedures (or) practices of complex and multi-stakeholders capital projects.
Having worked in different parts of the world and virtually with people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, he has augmented and leveraged upon his leadership and communication skills. I was the driving force behind the implementation the ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 with ALN Engineering Pte Ltd; Singapore as a Management Representative.
I hold a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Highway Technology & Construction Management. He is a certified as an Internal Auditor for the IMS at his company & has certifications in Building Construction Safety along with certifications in Project Management Software's. Aditya's responsibility is as a Management Representative and Project Manager with his current company.
I have keen interest's on the topics of Project Controls Management Systems; Scheduling, Contract Management, Claims & VO Analysis; Method Statements and their RA's & SWP's etc. Aditya is keen in continual improvement in professional development topics pertaining to Engineering, Construction and Project Management (ECPM) domain.
