GIS Central Project Management Office (CPMO)
Joined the team having previous working experience and Masters level course work in Project planning and scheduling using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.
Main Achievements
· Served as an integral part of GIS project management team by creating, maintaining and controlling multiple Project Plans using Primavera.
· Assisted project managers in conducting project meeting by facilitating, capturing meeting minutes and action items.
· Created weekly project reports and communicated the same with project managers and team.
· Utilized Lotus Notes databases to record all project-related documentation.
· Verified, approved and rejected Primavera Timesheets for each project resource on a weekly basis.
· Gather updates from all activity owners and update the schedule.
· Monitor and control project schedule and perform actual vs baseline analysis and inform project manager of potential risks and issues.
· Monitor resource load to avoid resource over allocation by utilizing activity floats and lags.
· Updated project baseline as needed and when requested by project manager.
