Establishing and monitoring Baseline % and labour requirement curves Development and monitoring of Earned Value Metrics for progress reporting. Identify potential project delays evaluate effect and assist in recommendation of recovery plan.  Project Controls Engineer DSM Biologics – Responsible for the project controls and co-ordination of a W.F.I. System and C.I.P.
