Implementation, development, execution, and coordination of project planning department functions for KL office and for MRT Packages S2 & S4 with 4 subordinate planners which include a mix of senior planners and planners. 2. Participate in the planners daily, weekly and monthly meetings and reportings to overlook the quality of the reports and meetings that is on going, to see if the objective, KPI, quality and benchmark set are met. 3. Attending Project management meetings overlooking the engineering, production, co-ordination, issues of the projects, and mitigations to take, & outstanding activities. 4. Reports & Meetings for executive management summaries to Project Directors and COO of the department on the status of the project. 5. As one of the Risk Champions for the MRT project, identifying, analyzing, and recommending the risk factors and mitigations for the MRT project. 6. As the EOT planner assisting in the ongoing EOT submission claims, looking at the potential contractual issues that has past and future EOT claims. Working together with the EOT committee and also EOT consultant. 7. As the Tender Lead Planner , working with the tender group for the MRT Line 2 tender job, making assessments, analysis, inputs and strategies for the tender job, and to produce the tender schedule and its execution plan.
