Overseeing the planning and scheduling aspect of the national roll out of the In-Cab signaling project for the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa. A 3 billion Rand automatic train system. ETCS level 2.

Dalbridge and Congella rail re-alignment project for the Passenger Rail Agency South Africa. A turnkey project over a period of a year to slew existing lines, build new sections of electrified line, re-position points and install new points with associated re-siganlling works and electrification. Carried out under live environment. Detailed occupation and installtion planning required to maintain tight programme and PRASA's occupation acceptance. Executed on time and within budget.
Duffs Road station upgrade. Refurbishment of existing buildings and pedestrian bridge, raising of platform heights, installation of new track slab system, relocation of area electrical feeder lines. Carried out on time and within budget.
