1. Pluto Onshore

·       Provided Planning / Project Controls support

·       Carried out Schedule Reviews and Risk Analysis during the critical construction phase of the Pluto Foundation Project. Conducted Causation and Delay Analysis.

·       Development of Resource Histograms, ‘S’ Curves

·       Earned Value Analysis

·       Identified and reported critical issues that could delay the start-up of the Pluto Foundation Project.

2. LNG Developments

·       Developed a Resource Scheduling Forecast Tool. The system enabled the department managers to intelligently forecast and control current and future discipline loadings for the LNG Development clients on a real-time basis, so as to forecast and avoid resource shortages.

·       Provided monthly progress updates and reports to the Joint Venture Partners.

·       Received a letter of recognition from Woodside for Outstanding Achievement.

3. Transferred to North Rankin 2 in August 2012 for the A$27 billion Brownfields Expansion. Carried out all the planning supervision for the fully resource-loaded schedule, reporting and monitoring duties during the critical Completions Phase of the NRB Platform and Bridge. Provided monthly progress updates and reports to the joint venture partners. Conducted Causation Analysis, Delay Analysis and Recovery Programs.
