1. Pluto Onshore
· Provided Planning / Project Controls support
· Carried out Schedule Reviews and Risk Analysis during the critical construction phase of the Pluto Foundation Project. Conducted Causation and Delay Analysis.
· Development of Resource Histograms, ‘S’ Curves
· Earned Value Analysis
· Identified and reported critical issues that could delay the start-up of the Pluto Foundation Project.
2. LNG Developments
· Developed a Resource Scheduling Forecast Tool. The system enabled the department managers to intelligently forecast and control current and future discipline loadings for the LNG Development clients on a real-time basis, so as to forecast and avoid resource shortages.
· Provided monthly progress updates and reports to the Joint Venture Partners.
· Received a letter of recognition from Woodside for Outstanding Achievement.
