August, 2005 I operated as the Resident Inspector in charge of the infrastructure improvements and urban renewal of the Mayaguez Urban Center; construction and conversion of Antigua Plaza del Mercado to mixed-use; and improvements and rehabilitation to Colon Plaza, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. I performed daily inspection, prepared daily and monthly reports, coordinated between the general contractor and local municipality agencies, reviewed and approved applications for payment, reviewed and approved change orders, performed forensic analyses.
