 Managing the construction at site as per plan Coordination with contractor as well as foremen and labour Preparation of Bills and checking bills of contractors Planning activities at site and co-ordinating with contractors Checking of columns, beam and slabs dimensions & reinforcement Tracking the activities as per schedule Estimation of quantities of concrete and steel Handling RCC work, mixing of concrete & checking its quality & testing it Preparation of D.P.R (Daily Progress Report) and D.L.R (Daily Labor Report) Labour Management. Overall Site supervision for all the activities on site including electrical and plumbing
